Terms and Conditions

Rental Agreement
By renting from Eagle Rock Jumpers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional charges, voided damage waivers, or refusal of future services.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and secure your rental for the date of your event. Rescheduling due to inclement weather is permitted with appropriate notice of 48 hours before the start of your event.

Payment
If only a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be paid on the day of your event.

Site Preparation and Equipment Setup

  • Grass Preparation: Please ensure the grass is mowed no later than the day before our setup.
  • Stakes and Underground Utilities: Stakes will be driven into the ground to secure equipment. You are responsible for marking sprinkler systems and notifying us of areas where stakes should not be placed. Eagle Rock Jumpers is not liable for damage to sprinkler systems.
  • Space Requirements: Ensure there is sufficient flat and unobstructed space for the equipment. Overhead clearance must be free of tree branches, power lines, or other obstructions.
  • Electrical Access: Bounce houses and other inflatables require a nearby electrical outlet. If an outlet is unavailable, a generator will be required.

Inflatables

  • Inflatables may arrive slightly damp due to weather conditions. If so, we will deliver the inflatable early to allow adequate drying time.
  • Ensure the inflatable is supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy or weight limit stated for the inflatable.
  • No food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, or pets are allowed in the inflatable.

Unattended Equipment
Equipment must not be left unattended. You are fully liable for theft or damage if the equipment is left unsupervised. If your event is at a park, you must remain onsite until Eagle Rock Jumpers retrieves the equipment.

Park and Public Land Use
If your event is at a park, forest preserve, or other public space, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and providing proof of insurance. Eagle Rock Jumpers can issue a certificate of insurance upon request. Verify with park authorities that:

  • Necessary permits are secured (e.g., general use, special use for inflatables, generators, tents).
  • Stakes for securing equipment are permitted.

Safety Guidelines

  • Do not use inflatables during high winds, rain, or other severe weather conditions.
  • In case of deflation, assist all users in exiting safely and contact Eagle Rock Jumpers immediately.
  • Do not attempt to move or adjust the equipment once it has been set up.

Damage or Loss
You are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment while it is in your possession. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacement.
